FOODS with LOW SAA
In general, the amount of protein in a food correlates with the amount of SAA so lowering your protein intake will lower your SAA intake.
Healthy low protein foods to Include in your diet are: all fruits, all vegetables; grains such as rice, oats, barley and the foods made from them (bread, pasta) as well as healthy fats including avocados, olive oil and coconut oil.
On the days you are limiting your SAA intake, choose foods with a lower concentration of protein per 100g. Most animal foods have a higher concentration of protein per 100g than plant foods, like legumes.
